Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support the operational success of our Southern California facilities. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution of facilities initiatives across offices, production, manufacturing, and testing environments, partnering with leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of facilities management experience in manufacturing environments, with hands-on MEP knowledge and PM programs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience leading facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems.
• Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills across technicians, engineers, and leadership.
• Familiarity with fire life safety systems, building operations, OSHA regulations, NFPA/NEC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute facilities operations across office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
• Oversee MEP projects from scope to completion for multiple sites.
• Manage incoming facilities service requests and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee creation and tracking of purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs with internal engineers and external providers; ensure security procedures.
