Job summary

Slate is hiring a Facilities Manager to support the Head of Facilities across our U.S. offices, including Troy, MI, Chicago, Phoenix, Louisville and more. You will manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and efficiency across locations.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, bids, and project support for renovations and new offices. Strong knowledge of CMMS, safety codes, and office space planning is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities management with multi-site exposure.
• Experience with vendor bids, contracts, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations for corporate and satellite locations.
• Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Lead vendor management, bids, and service level oversight.
• Plan office renovations and new buildouts with project coordination.
• Ensure OSHA/ADA compliance and safety training.
