Job summary

Slate is seeking a Central Facilities Training Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain training programs for factory maintenance personnel, covering technical, safety, and compliance needs across sites. You will create curricula and documentation, coordinate internal and external instructors, and monitor records, certifications and competency to support safe, reliable facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Training & Development, or related field.
• Minimum of five years coordinating or delivering technical or operational training in facilities/maintenance.
• Strong organizational and instructional skills; proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for maintenance personnel across sites.
• Coordinate onboarding, instructor scheduling, and training resources.
• Ensure training records, certifications, and competency documentation are accurate.
