Job summary

Canopy USA’s In Grown Farms division is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs at cultivation and retail sites in the local market. You will lead a team of facilities technicians, develop SOPs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will manage preventive maintenance programs, inventory, and vendor relationships, while ensuring adherence to state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on knowledge of equipment and tools required.
• 4+ years facilities management experience with OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage facilities team.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate with external contractors for large projects.
• Maintain inventory and procurement of parts and supplies.
