RITALKA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair and upkeep of seven facilities across MN, SD, and WI, including machines, buildings, and electrical systems.

The role involves construction management, janitorial oversight, lawn and grounds care, snow removal, and fleet maintenance, with emphasis on safety, cost control, and long‑term planning. Equal opportunity employer committed to community growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with good record.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, and light–to–heavy construction.
• Ability to multitask and respond to emergencies.
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication across all management levels.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks.
• Combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and upkeep of seven facilities, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Manage construction and upgrade projects, including supervision of contractors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all locations.
• Care for lawns and grounds at all facilities.
• Coordinate snow removal across sites.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle repairs.
• Engage in strategic planning for future development and cost management.
