Job summary

Verano is seeking a Manager, Maintenance in Coolidge, AZ to lead facility maintenance and operations at a multi-state cannabis production site. You will manage SOPs, coordinate PM activities, and supervise skilled technicians to ensure reliable electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with outside contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience.
• 2 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and train personnel.
• Ensure proper performance/maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Oversee cultivation and processing equipment maintenance and operation.
• Lead PM program and assist with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work.
