Savvyherb is seeking a Maintenance Lead to guide Maintenance Specialists in our cannabis cultivation facility, performing installation, inspection, and routine upkeep of machines and equipment with hands-on leadership.

The role includes managing maintenance schedules, assisting with CMMS implementation, training new hires, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in a full-time warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in a production facility.
• Basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing knowledge required.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a cannabis facility per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide incoming and current maintenance specialists with best practices.
• Troubleshoot electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment issues.
• Assist in CMMS implementation and administration for the location.
