Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, and execution of maintenance for our cultivation and processing facility. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure electrical, HVAC, and plumbing reliability, and maintain critical equipment through a CMMS-driven PM program.

The role requires 5+ years in facility maintenance, 2+ years in leadership, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years facility and equipment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years maintenance leadership experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing basics.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with state cannabis commission.
• Must comply with all laws and policies in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs; train staff.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee upkeep of cultivation and processing equipment.
• Lead preventive maintenance and PM program.
• Manage CMMS and act as CMMS contact for location.
• Hire, interview, and train personnel.
• Coordinate with outside contractors.
