JLL, based in Miami, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management for a Financial Services client across designated sites in the Americas. This onsite role requires strong operational leadership and developing teams, with ~15–20% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or tech clients.
• Operational leadership experience implementing standardized processes across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain facility operations teams.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Solid budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting abilities.
• Experience in vendor management and contract coordination.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Regional service delivery and operational leadership across designated facilities.
• Manage regional client relationships and be the main point of contact for operations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver a unified OneJLL approach.
• Oversee regional budgeting and forecasting, with focus on cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and QA/QC.
