Job summary

JLL seeks a regional facilities manager to lead site-level FM services for a financial services client across the Americas portfolio. The role is onsite at client HQ with travel to regional sites, focusing on operational leadership, budgeting, and team development.

You will drive standardized processes, manage budgets, coordinate with site teams, and ensure high client satisfaction through performance metrics and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or technology-focused clients.
• Demonstrated operational leadership across multiple sites with standardized processes.
• Experience coaching, developing, and retaining facility operations teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Budget management, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting experience.
• Vendor management and contract coordination experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS, BI/analytics tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Regional service delivery and operational leadership across designated facilities.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary regional contact for operational matters.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with OneJLL services and client Workplace teams.
• Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and CPI-related cost optimization.
• Develop and coach regional team members and career growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and QA/QC.
• Drive performance delivery through WOs, CPI/KPI targets, and client satisfaction metrics.
