Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking a Facility Manager to supervise maintenance staff across multiple sites and oversee MEP systems, safety, and operational efficiency. You will coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in facility management, 3+ years supervisory experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced training or degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of facility management and/or related correctional facility experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory position; 5 years in skilled commercial maintenance across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Reviews work orders and prioritizes workload daily.
• Oversees maintenance of MEP systems to ensure HVAC, electricity, gas and other utilities are available.
• Performs routine facility inspections and enforces safety standards.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and maintains records for reporting.
