Job summary

EMCOR Group seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee a geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations. You will coordinate with client representatives, internal teams, and vendors to maintain high reliability and documentation per OSHA standards and company policies.

The role requires strong financial acumen, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Field Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour certification required (training offered after hire).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 7 years of multi-site facilities management, field operations, or account leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation and manages an effective maintenance management strategy.
• Organizes workload to manage day-to-day activities, emergency assignments, and special projects using CMMS.
• Manages financials, including monthly billing statements, expense forms, purchase orders, and budgets.
• Ensures facilities are maintained in accordance with OSHA requirements and client standards.
• Identifies deficiencies through inspections and audits and informs the Customer of status and progress.
• Develops and implements cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives using technical facilities knowledge.
• Promotes safety and environmental health practices and maintains positive relationships with Associates and Customer.
