Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities administration or multi-site operations experience.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and budgets for multiple locations.
• Proven ability to coordinate office moves and workplace logistics.
• Experience in government contracting or tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities administrator for multiple office locations, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance requests and vendor activities.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, property managers and service providers.
