Job summary

ICF in Reston, VA is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure our offices operate safely, efficiently, and productively. You will serve as the primary contact for facility operations, building maintenance, vendor oversight, and multi-site coordination.

The role requires coordinating HVAC, security, safety, and repairs, managing projects and occupancy plans, and working with landlords and contractors. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related facilities management experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-site facilities and vendor oversight is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site regional support for ICF Northeast Mid-Atlantic locations, in partnership with local management.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects, space planning, occupancy and surrender processes.
• Oversee daily facilities readiness, HVAC, security, health and safety, and meeting coordination.
