Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee operations across multiple PACE sites, manage building systems, preventive maintenance, FLS compliance, and vendor relationships to keep centers safe and ready for participants.

The role is hybrid with regular regional travel (1–3 times weekly) and occasional cross‑region visits, supporting budget tracking, scheduling, and small projects up to $250,000 to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in facilities management for healthcare or similar sites.
• Two years of hands-on facilities maintenance, PM scheduling, and PLCs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Ability to travel locally within service areas; read construction plans.
• Certifications in admin/property/project management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across multiple sites, including safety and reliability.
• Assist with tactical planning, KPIs, and budget tracking for the department.
• Coordinate with vendors, leadership, and end users to resolve work orders.
• Support scheduling, supply management, and basic project coordination.
• Provide direction to service providers and market staff as needed.
• Assist with setup of clinic spaces, equipment training, and vendor onboarding.
