Job summary

Network180 is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, serve as the primary contact for vendors, and ensure building systems run smoothly across multiple sites in Grand Rapids.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, safety compliance, and after-hours on-call support. Requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; strong technical knowledge in facilities operations.
• Technical certificate or degree preferred to support maintenance tasks.
• Experience with heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems desirable.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across Network180 sites.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and contractors; coordinate service schedules.
• Manage building systems and ensure safety compliance; monitor and respond to facility issues.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and travel locally as needed; provide after-hours on-call support.
