Qualifications

• Training in facilities management, building maintenance, building systems, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, budgets, and repair or replacement planning; coordinating multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and supporting systems across three locations.
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for building systems.
• Coordinate service contractors and manage vendor proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Prepare and monitor the facilities operating budget and cost allocations.
• Supervise one maintenance employee and coordinate with HR and other departments.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple sites to ensure safety and compliance.
