Job summary

McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to manage daily facilities operations at the Kalama Harbor Lodge location. The role requires performing repairs, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the safe, clean conditions of interior and exterior spaces.

You will travel between multiple properties, communicate with managers, and help with special projects or events as needed. A flexible schedule and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic repair and maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Familiarity with equipment and tools used in basic maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain motor vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations daily.
• Flexible schedule including days, weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations for Kalama Harbor Lodge.
• Perform basic interior/exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with General Managers, Pub/ District Managers, and Corporate Facilities Managers.
• Attend to areas needing help on a daily basis and manage safety concerns.
