McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to oversee all facilities operations for the Kalama property, including interior and exterior areas. The role involves basic repairs, coordinating maintenance with vendors, and daily attention to safety and guest comfort.

The position requires the ability to travel between multiple locations, work with various managers, and maintain flexibility for scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Basic repair and maintenance knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with the equipment & tools used in basic maintenance and repair projects
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to obtain motor vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel between multiple locations on a daily basis
• Flexible schedule and availability including days, weekends, evenings, nights, and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations and safety across the Kalama Lodge.
• Perform basic repairs and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Travel between locations to support property needs.
