Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a hands-on Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at two or more properties in Columbus, OH. You will lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, and coordinate with vendors to uphold Harbor Group’s safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while preserving budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Three years’ multifamily property maintenance experience with turnover/make-ready exposure.
• One year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• Valid EPA HVAC certification where required by property.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Handle resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
• Oversee make-ready processes, vendor scheduling, and quality checks.
• Maintain safe, clean common areas and manage inventory and budgets.
• Coordinate in-house and contractor work; perform monthly preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety meetings, MSDS accuracy, and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance; communicate with residents professionally.
