Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the operations of over 500 locations nationwide. You will coordinate maintenance requests, interact with branch teams to prioritize work, and ensure timely repairs while meeting customer service expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in facility coordination or related fields, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of facility coordination, project management, or property management experience.
• Able to interact with employees at all levels with diplomacy and calm demeanor.
• On-call availability for emergency coverage as scheduled.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests impacting daily operations across locations.
• Manage vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain branch utility accounts and open new vendor accounts as required.
• Maintain branch addresses and manage authorized users for vendor accounts.
• Process and verify vendor invoices and related records.
• Liaise between employees and outside contractors to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer needs promptly while adhering to policies.
• Assist Facilities Manager with complex work orders and safety compliance.
• Provide on-call support after hours and weekends.
