Job summary

Electric Era Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Operations Specialist to oversee maintenance of our battery-backed DC fast charging stations and energy storage systems.

You will own the end-to-end work order lifecycle, coordinate field service teams, and develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime for a growing fleet. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong documentation, and the ability to work across hardware, software, and electrical issues.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in maintenance, field service or operations.
• Experience creating maintenance procedures or standard work.
• Ability to coordinate third party contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of vendor management strategies.
• Fluency with ticketing/work order systems (Jira/Service Desk/Salesforce/CMMS).
• Strong written communication for long-distance directions.
• Skill in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management background with scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain maintenance procedures and runbooks.
• Own the work order lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Diagnose offline chargers and connectivity faults remotely when possible.
• Monitor fleet health and shape alerting and automation.
• Build and maintain preventive maintenance calendar and campaigns.
• Plan parts and spares with supply chain to avoid delays.
• Coordinate third party service providers and OEM field teams.
• Track vendor response and repair performance with evidence.
• Prepare warranty and cost recovery claims.
• Vet technicians and labor providers against standards.
• Support safe field work with site safety plans.
