Electric Era Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Engineer to own the health of a growing fleet of fast charging sites. You will diagnose complex problems across power electronics, batteries, software and site electrical systems, directing field teams and building systems that keep them fixed.

This role offers ownership to make real decisions, collaborate with engineering and vendors, and grow into a larger operations leadership position as the fleet expands.

Qualificações

• Direct experience in maintenance, field service or operations.
• Experience documenting maintenance procedures.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document and maintain maintenance procedures for DC fast charging equipment and storage systems.
• Own work order lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Diagnose offline chargers and degraded sites remotely.
• Monitor fleet health and alerts; shape response automation.
• Plan parts and spares with supply chain.
