Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized Project Manager III to oversee turnkey electrical installations for charging electrification rollouts and manage projects from assessment through completion. They will report to the Director of Project Management and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely, safe, and customer-centered delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience required.
• Relevant Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Degree or 4 years electrical construction experience.
• Electrical engineering, electrical estimating or construction background required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required within 90 days of hire if not already completed.
• Journeyman or Master level electrician preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Procore, or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment orders and status by project and assist AR with delayed payments.
• Coordinate equipment shipping requirements with customers (FOB Destination).
• Manage projects in Salesforce and Procore with MS Project schedule.
• Review purchase requisitions and convert to POs per SOP.
• Manage change orders with Account Executive per SOP requirements.
• Provide routine progress updates to customers throughout delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships for project execution and contract management.
• Ensure Site Specific HSE compliance and report deviations to HSE Manager.
• Track schedule, budget, risks, and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all projects follow InCharge SOPs.
• Perform final signoff on project closeout documents.
• Educate customers on InControl (if purchased) and how to contact Service.
• Support the Sales process as a project delivery expert.
