Job summary

Our Future Learning Center is seeking a Regional Director of Enrollment to own the family journey from first inquiry through enrollment across eight Massachusetts schools. The role combines design of process and quality standards with leadership of the admissions team and a robust funnel reporting framework.

You will drive an end-to-end enrollment experience, ensure consistency across sites, and contribute to growth of new campuses. Strong CRM experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading a sales team as direct manager.
• Experience owning a multi-step enrollment funnel across multiple locations.
• Builds process and holds team to it.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from first inquiry to first day.
• Lead admissions and family relations team.
• Define and uphold the quality standard for family interactions at every stage.
• Oversee weekly funnel reporting, call reviews, and coaching.
• Partner on tour experience across schools and enrollment for new locations.
