Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support enrollment across multiple centers. You will guide families through enrollment, collect documentation, and verify eligibility while ensuring compliance with program regulations.

Responsibilities include on-site enrollment activities, data entry, and collaboration with center leadership to maintain accurate billing and records. Strong organizational skills and customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative functions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) or related databases.
• Competence with PC and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to families throughout enrollment, guiding paperwork and documentation.
• Conduct onsite enrollment activities at centers and assist with forms completion.
• Determine and verify family eligibility and fees for subsidized and full-fee programs.
• Maintain waiting lists and ensure documentation supports compliance.
• Process enrollments, recertifications, and related data entry timely and accurately.
• Maintain audit-ready family and child files and support audits per state deadlines.
• Ensure accurate program selection, schedules, tuition entries, and billing records.
• Prepare Notices of Action and assist with payment plans, refunds, and collections.
