Magical Beginnings Learning Centers seeks an Enrollment Sales Manager to guide families through tours to enrollment, partnering with Center Directors, and driving adoption of our admissions process. This hybrid role requires travel across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside sales, enrollment management, or admissions.
• Proven track record of closing enrollments.
• CRM hygiene and data-driven approach.
• Comfortable with consultative sales and follow-up.
• Hybrid work with travel across MA/CT/NY.

Responsibilities

• Own post-tour follow-up and drive tour-to-registration conversions across the portfolio.
• Manage all opportunities in the CRM with proactive follow-up by phone, text, and email.
• Coach Center Directors on post-tour follow-up and enrollment conversations; help overcome objections.
• Launch admissions and enrollment operations for newly acquired schools; support Directors during transitions.
• Develop and maintain the enrollment playbook, scripts, templates, and CRM standards to ensure consistent processes.
