Job summary

Magical Beginnings is seeking an Admissions Manager to drive family enrollment across our Northeast network. You guide tours through enrollment, coach center directors, and build scalable processes for new acquisitions.

This hybrid role requires relationship-first selling, data-driven follow-up, and the ability to launch enrollment operations at newly acquired centers across MA, NY, and CT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside sales, enrollment management, or admissions with a closing track record.
• Financially motivated with commission-driven mindset and focus on conversion rates.
• Comfortable with consultative sales, handling objections, and persistent follow-up without being pushy.
• Ability to build pipelines in newly acquired centers and scale enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the admissions process after tours and guide families to registration.
• Manage CRM opportunities with phone, text, and email follow-up until enrollment.
• Coach Center Directors on post-tour follow-up and enrollment conversations.
• Launch admissions and enrollment operations for newly acquired schools across the region.
