Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead multi-site EHS programs across warehouses, distribution and production environments. The role is hands-on, field-based, coaching supervisors, conducting incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions close.

This position reports to the EHS Director and involves frequent travel across sites within the western United States. A strong background in EHS compliance, training and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing EHS programs across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and present EHS performance to leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve EHS programs across warehouse, distribution and production sites.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop EHS metrics, dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Coordinate safety training and certifications for locations.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and audit responses.

Education

Associate degree in occupational health and safety or environmental science
