Job summary

Advant Solutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and execute nationwide safety and regulatory programs across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers. The role partners with Operations, HR, and leadership to reduce risk and drive a culture of safety excellence.

The ideal candidate will develop strategic initiatives, oversee inspections and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field required.
• CSP/ASP certifications preferred.
• Experience with nationwide operations and multisite EHS management.
• OSHA 30-Hr or equivalent safety training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement company-wide EHS programs across manufacturing and distribution facilities.
• Establish proactive safety culture with employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on EHS compliance to site management teams.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, inspections, and permit management.
• Develop and maintain emergency plans and incident response procedures.
• Coach leaders on EHS responsibilities and leadership expectations.
