Job summary

Advant Solutions, Inc. seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and execute environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across manufacturing and distribution facilities nationwide.

The role partners with Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership to reduce risk and drive a culture of safety excellence. The EHS Manager will develop strategic initiatives, manage audits, and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT regulatory adherence while fostering a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide EHS programs across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Establish a proactive safety culture with employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to site management on EHS compliance and best practices.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and other regulations.
• Develop and maintain training programs and emergency response plans.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Coordinate EHS budgets and support safety-related capital projects.
