Job summary

Steel Partners Holdings L.P. seeks an experienced Senior Corporate EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety across operating companies.

You will lead audits, investigations, and cross-functional risk initiatives, coordinating with plant leaders, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management. You will mentor EHS teams, manage enterprise-wide policies, and drive improvement programs while travelling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA general industry standards and environmental programs.
• Experience leading EHS audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead annual on-site EHS audits across multiple facilities.
• Mentor EHS professionals and coordinate fleet of sites.
• Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause countermeasures.
• Develop and maintain corporate EHS policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal, Risk Management, and site leaders.
