Job summary

Steel Partners Holdings L.P. seeks a Senior Corporate EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety across its operating companies. You will own enterprise-wide oversight, conduct on-site audits, and drive risk-based improvements with site leaders and Corporate Legal.

You will mentor EHS professionals, coordinate regulatory programs, and lead enterprise EHS initiatives, Kaizen events, and reporting across the portfolio to strengthen safety culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level EHS programs across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/NPDES/prop 65 and related regulations.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead on-site EHS audits (8–12 sites/year).
• Mentor EHS staff and coordinate permit renewals and reporting.
• Lead enterprise EHS programs and regulatory compliance efforts.
