Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking an EHS Multisite Representative to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple facilities in the US. You will partner with plant leadership to strengthen safety culture, implement critical controls, and manage incidents and risk assessments.

The role requires coordinating with operations and engineering to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and effective training. Travel 25–35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, environment, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive EHS experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/logistics environments a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement risk-based site visitation strategies.
• Ensure consistent EHS program implementation and documentation.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coach leaders and employees on risk awareness and safety leadership.
• Monitor training, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
