Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects under the Project Director, reporting progress several times weekly. The role includes managing payment terms and collections, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce skills, plus a background in structural remediation and insurance restoration. Travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce.com.
• Experience with structural building projects and insurance restoration a plus.
• Minimum three years as a superintendent or similar role in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects (residential, commercial, industrial) with PD oversight.
• Coordinate starts, manage payment terms and collections, and report progress.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors and insurance with professionalism.
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA/EPA) and manage permits/inspections.
• Use Salesforce to track work orders, forecasts and budgets.
