Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects in a multi-location region. You will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and coordinate with PDs on payment terms and collections.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, and a background in insurance restoration. Travel and irregular hours are involved.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.
• Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; OSHA 30 hour construction course; valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Coordinates job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Manages project payment terms and collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services and site protection tasks.
• Ensures safety, permits, and inspections compliance.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports and forecast budgets.
