Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in Houston. You will report to the Project Director and manage payment terms, collection of receivables, and coordination with customers and subcontractors.

Required: 3+ years of Superintendent experience in construction; MS Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce.com proficiency; strong English communication; OSHA safety adherence. Travel and field site visits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and report to the Project Director on status.
• Coordinate project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurers.
• Coordinate starts and scheduling with customers; manage safety and OSHA compliance.
