Job summary

atiexternal is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in the Phoenix area. The PM will report to the Project Director, coordinate payments with clients and subs, and manage progress and forecasts using Salesforce.

Responsibilities include coordinating starts, supervising field personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Report to Project Director at least three times a week on status of the job.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and field personnel.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input work orders and forecasting budgets/labor/material.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD and safety policies; coordinate after-hours emergency services.
