Job summary

The Floating Community Manager at The Neiders Company provides operational support across assigned multifamily communities, with a primary focus on Bremerton properties and coverage across Western Washington. The role requires traveling between sites to maintain the resident experience and property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of property or community management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at assigned properties, overseeing leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations.
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets; monitor rents, delinquencies, and renewals.
• Oversee vendor bids and POs; ensure documentation and approvals in Yardi.
• Lead and coach onsite teams; track KPIs and promote resident satisfaction.
