Job summary

Allied Residential in the Puget Sound region seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations, occupancy, and resident satisfaction at an assigned community. You will lead the on-site team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collections, inspections, and market analysis to drive performance. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to resident service and safety.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem solving and budgeting knowledge.
• Experience with LIHTC, PBV, and senior/multi-family properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities and support operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, explain leases and process documentation.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and related accounting.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect apartments and common areas for quality and repairs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team.
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control strategies.
• Stay aware of local market conditions and adjust strategies.
