Job summary

Princeton Property Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Springwater Trail and Sierra Point Apartments in the Gresham area.

You will direct onsite teams, drive operations and financial performance, and ensure resident satisfaction across two properties, with a focus on leasing and community standards. You will lead leasing activities, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining excellent curb appeal and resident relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site property management.
• Understanding of all aspects of leasing.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two properties.
• Screen rental applications by running credit checks and confirming employment and rental history.
• Enforce community policies to maintain quality living standards.
• Prepare and issue legal notices as needed.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members.
• Manage income deposits and apply to residents’ ledgers.
• Work with Portfolio Manager to minimize expenses and oversee budget.
• Ensure resident files are complete at move-in/move-out.
• Market the community to achieve high occupancy and assist leasing staff.
• Review advertising weekly and maintain curb appeal.
• Operate property management software and document incidents.
• Approve invoices and submit to corporate; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Inspect vacant units and ensure maintenance before move-in.
• Maintain proper documentation in the community.
• Report on-site injuries and follow up according to policy.
• Complete work orders timely and follow emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
