Job summary

Home Leasing seeks a Multi-site Community Leader to supervise administration and operation across properties, ensuring prompt, courteous service and proper rental program execution. The role directs on-site teams, maintains buildings, and upholds resident satisfaction.

You will oversee budgets, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong resident relations, hiring staff, and ensuring program adherence across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous property management experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, good computer skills, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and maintain on-site teams for each Community.
• Inform supervisor of observed deficiencies and resident concerns in writing.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable and take action.
• Assist with budgeting and monitor budget adherence.
• Review move-in, transfer and recertification files per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fair housing.
• Execute evictions and lease enforcement as directed.
• Be responsible for hiring, assigning duties, evaluations and policy communication.
• Minimize vacancies and foster positive resident relations and retention.
• Perform clerical duties to fulfill essential tasks.
