Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee properties in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, WI. You will manage leasing, occupancy, rent collection, coordination of maintenance, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires knowledge of Section 8/Section 42 programs, a high school diploma, 1–2 years in property management, strong communication, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience required.
• Knowledge of project-based Section 8 or Section 42 experience a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complexes and vacancies ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features and amenities effectively to prospects.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic during open office hours and address needs or complaints.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Process paperwork in line with policies and Fair Housing requirements for new applicants, recertifications, and renewals.
• Coordinate and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain resident files and confidential information securely.
