ACC Management Group is seeking a Community Manager for the New Holstein & Chilton, WI area. The role oversees 46 units across senior, disabled, and family housing, with travel to Chilton as needed. The position offers 32 hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

The candidate should have property management experience, knowledge of Section 8/Section 42 programs a plus, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple communities effectively.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Affordable housing experience, including Section 8 or Section 42, is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Confident communication and resident service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel to Chilton as needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects.
• Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner.
• Conduct showings of vacant units to all interested prospects.
• Greet all walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to all needs, questions, or complaints.
• Address resident concerns and all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and process all lease paperwork for all move in and move outs.
• Collect payment of rent according to company procedures and policies.
