Job summary

ACC Management Group in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Community Manager to oversee senior and disabled housing across Park Falls, Prentice, and Phillips. The role requires travel between communities and coordination of resident activities, meetings, and services.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in property management or related experience, with familiarity in Section 8 housing and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years property management or related experience.
• Knowledge of Section 8 or Section 42 experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must pass physical inspections and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes and vacancies for showings and move-ins.
• Communicate property features to prospects.
• Conduct showings of vacant units.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly.
• Maintain resident files and fair housing compliance.
