Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a Community Manager to support residents across Hudson, New Richmond, Glenwood City, and Hammond. You will manage showings, communicate property features, and ensure timely lease processing while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, knowledge of Section 8 or Section 42 preferred, and a focus on excellent customer service and organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of property management or related experience required.
• Knowledge of project-based Section 8 or Section 42 experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Knowledgeable with computer software: Word, Excel, Outlook; and database/presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features and amenities effectively to prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic during office hours and address needs or questions.
• Coordinate and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain resident relations and handle inquiries promptly.
