Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to service multiple commercial properties in Downers Grove, IL. You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems, with occasional plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks.

A company van and tools are provided, along with a focus on safety and efficiency. Travel between sites is required; strong communication with clients and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• HS diploma or certificate, or equivalent experience in Landscaping, Trades or related.
• Certified HVAC technician certificate or state HVAC license required.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance on standard HVAC systems per work orders.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain client relationships with clear communication and timely updates.
• Use tablet/phone to submit service reports and track work orders.
