Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems at commercial properties in Indianapolis. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and executing minor repairs across plumbing and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients. This role also requires daily travel and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Must possess EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as necessary.
• Utilize technology for accessing and completing work orders.
