Job summary

Iterative Health in New York and Boston is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to ensure our clinical research sites have the technology, equipment, and services needed to launch and operate efficiently.

You will own Tier 1 site support, equipment provisioning, vendor coordination, and site build-outs, collaborating with IT, Site Operations, QA, and external vendors to deliver reliable technology across our growing network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, healthcare, or related field.
3+ years supporting clinical research sites, healthcare ops, or multi-site environments.
Ability to own Tier 1 support requests from intake to resolution.
Experience with site hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity, and EHRs.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

Own Tier 1 support for all managed sites, triaging requests and resolving issues.
Own medical equipment support and site build-outs, coordinating with stakeholders.
Identify ancillary-services vendors and coordinate engagement for sites.
Provide backup pre-screening support using study criteria and processes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across sites.
Support procurement, shipping, inventory, and equipment movement.
