Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to ensure managed clinical sites have the technical and operational support to launch and operate efficiently.

You will own Tier 1 support, equipment lifecycle, and vendor coordination while partnering with Site Operations, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Systems, and external vendors. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting clinical research sites or multi-site environments.
• Experience with EHRs and clinical systems, and end-user hardware/software.
• Ability to own Tier 1 support from intake to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 1 support for all managed sites and coordinate escalation.
• Own identification and provisioning of medical equipment and ancillary services.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and site equipment deployment.
• Provide backup pre-screening support using study criteria and workflow.
